This Privacy Policy explains how Versattus collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website or contact us, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It applies to the versattus.com website and its subpages.

Who is responsible for your information

We are accountable for the personal information we hold and have designated the person above to handle privacy questions.

What we collect

• Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and details about your business, when you fill in our contact form or write to us by email or WhatsApp.
• We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure anonymous visit statistics, and only after you accept cookies. If you decline, the site works the same and no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising pixels. Analytics data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside your country.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiries and prepare a quote.
• To design, build and deliver the website you ask for.
• To communicate with you about your project, invoicing and payment.

Consent

By contacting us or submitting our form, you agree that we may collect and use your information for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@versattus.com. We send commercial messages only with your consent, in line with Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL), and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Sharing and storage outside Canada

We are based in Brazil and your information is processed there. We also use service providers such as WhatsApp Business, Google Forms, email, and payment providers like Wise or PayPal, which may store information in other countries, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries. We do not sell your information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information: encrypted communication (HTTPS), restricted access to the accounts and tools we use, and strong passwords.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and as long as tax and legal rules require.

Your rights and complaints

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to correct it. Email hello@versattus.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca. Residents of Quebec also have the rights provided by Quebec's Law 25, which we will respect on request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
