What we collect

Why we collect it

Your choices

By contacting us or submitting our form, you agree that we may collect and use your information for these purposes. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@versattus.com. We send marketing emails only to people who have asked to hear from us, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Sharing and storage outside the United States

We are based in Brazil and your information is processed there. We also use service providers such as WhatsApp Business, Google Forms, email, and payment providers like Wise or PayPal, which may store information in other countries, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information: encrypted communication (HTTPS), restricted access to the accounts and tools we use, and strong passwords.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and as long as tax and legal rules require.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email hello@versattus.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, may have additional rights, which we will respect on request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your state attorney general or the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov.
