We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We use tools to run the business, for example WhatsApp Business, Google Forms, email, and payment providers such as Wise or PayPal, and we share data with them only as far as needed to provide our service.
We are based in Brazil, so your data is processed there. Where UK law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards or on the transfer being necessary to respond to your request or to perform a contract with you. Some of the tools we use (such as Google and WhatsApp) are provided by US companies, which may process data in the US under recognised mechanisms such as the UK-US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data: encrypted communication (HTTPS), restricted access to the accounts and tools we use, and strong passwords.
We keep your contact details for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and as long as tax and legal rules require.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email hello@versattus.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
